Where not to buy in Richmond?
We are planning to invest money into a house, which means we want to buy a house in or around Richmond and became a landlord.
Now we are looking around and do not know at which areas you should not buy in Richmond.
Is there a place, where I can get the information where not to buy in Richmond?

There are some places I would not even think about buying a home -- Jackson Ward and Gilpin Court are some that come to mind immediately. AVOID those areas and anything directly near them.
Contact a Realtor and be frank with them on what you want. Good luck!
